Adam is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with over 13 years of hands-on experience scaling, stabilizing, and strengthening outpatient physical therapy practices. He’s led multi-site expansions, rebuilt fractured leadership pipelines, mentored Clinical Directors from scratch, and designed systems that have helped clinics grow without burning out their owners.

Before founding Dynamic Practice Solutions, Adam served in nearly every role within a clinic giving him a uniquely grounded perspective on what it really takes to run a high-performing team and a profitable practice. He’s known for turning operational chaos into clarity, building leadership capacity at every level, and restoring time and sanity to owners who feel like they have to carry the whole business on their backs.
